Version 2.1.3 of the User List plugin adds the ability to edit users on the front end on a limited basis.
Front-end editing allows you to activate and confirm users (if moderated registration and user confirmation are enabled in WP-Members) as well as editing user registration data.
The user profile page options must be enabled in the User List settings in order to use this feature.
