The purchase price of the service includes the following:
- Access to post in the members only forum
- Access to the members only code snippet library
- Access to download members only extensions for the main plugin
- Access to direct support
This service is essentially non-tangible services and digital goods and as such, we do not generally issue refunds after the initial purchase is made.
I will consider a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase if you are unable to get the plugin and/or extensions to install properly on your website or if the plugin and/or extensions fail to perform the basic functions as designed, and you have worked with product support to try to resolve these issues.
If you find that you are unable to get the product (meaning the main plugin, extensions, and any custom code snippets) to function in the manner in which they have been described and you have contacted me for support and direct support was unable to get them to function in the manner that they have been described, I will consider granting a refund at my discretion.
There is no implied warranty or guarantee that the plugin or its extensions will function with all 3rd-party components and plugins. Further, support does not include support for installation, customization or administration of WordPress itself, or of other WordPress themes/plugins.
These are the only terms under which a refund will be granted. Refunds will not be granted simply because you have decided that you will no longer be using the plugin. Also, no refunds will be granted after 30 days.
By purchasing a support membership you are agreeing to the terms of the refund policy.
