This is a general information contact form. While I want to be able to help you as much as I can, any questions that are of the “how do I…” variety are support questions. I can answer basic information and give you some direction, but if your question is beyond what is already in the plugin’s documentation, please consider a support subscription.
If you are asking something that involves another plugin or theme, you must give me a place to find information about that theme or plugin. The WordPress universe is vast and while you might be intimately familiar with a plugin or theme you are using, please don’t assume everyone else knows about it or where it might have come from.
