The first 2 months of 2021 have been focused heavily on finishing up some major plugin updates. One of those was a major overhaul of the MailChimp Integration extension.

Thank you to all the users who not only upgraded to User List 2.0, but also who notified me of issues they were having with the upgrade. Your patience and helpfulness went a long way to working through some of the bumps in the road of such a major upgrade.

An update to the WP-Members Security extension has been released. This update involves some changes to the db (and upgrades the db version for the plugin). That may or may not make rollback an issue, so it is recommended that you backup your database before updating.

WP-Members version 3.3.8 has been released and it has a number of improvements that I am really excited about.
I want to first point out that this update does upgrade the plugin’s database version, so there are some db changes (although minor). They should not affect rollback, though. The new settings would simply be ignored if you rolled back to an earlier version. Continue Reading →
