Add front end field sorting to the User List

This set of code snippets will add a list of sorting links to the top of the User List, a link for each of the fields displayed in the main list.

Please note that this is new and does have limitations.  Currently, this only works with previous/next navigation as I have not put together a filter for paged navigation as that has more complex needs.
