Today I released the Simplify Free Checkout for WooCommerce plugin.
This is a FREE plugin for you from RocketGeek.com.
The plugin simplifies the checkout process if the user’s cart total is zero. If there is no charge for the products in the user’s cart, the plugin removes all of the billing contact info fields such as address, city, state, etc.
The fields removed can be customized via a filter in the plugin.
If your site disallows guest checkout, it will still require the user to complete basic fields such as username/email address and/or to be logged in.
This is a handy utility if you want to have some free products managed in WooCommerce but you don’t want users to have to complete their address information when only “purchasing” free products.
